AACS Exhibit Booth Personnel Registration & Important Information

We are excited to welcome you as an exhibitor at the AACS Annual Scientific Meeting. Kindly complete the registration for your booth personnel by clicking the button below to complete your registration.

Your company is allowed two (2) exhibit badges per 8’×10′ booth ($600 each additional exhibit badge, max 6 additional badges). Your badge includes access to exhibit hall, un-ticketed educational sessions, meals in exhibit hall, Welcome Reception, and Final Program Guide.

Please register your personnel no later than January 10, 2025. If you do not register your booth personnel before this date, there will be a $100 per badge late registration fee.

Please book your hotel rooms. Reservations should be made no later than January 28, 2025, and cannot be guaranteed after this date.
