- Personnel names that are not registered by January 10, 2024, will result in a $100 per badge late fee

- Pre-show mailing list distributed

- Final day that exhibit applications may be accepted
March 11, 2025
- Post-show mailing list distributed
Cancellation Policy
Written notification of an exhibitor’s cancellation must be emailed to Rachel Ross at rross@cosmeticsurgery.org. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to ensure the cancellation was received.
The following policies will apply to the exhibit booth fee:
- Cancellation received by December 2, 2024: 50% refund of full exhibit space(s) fee
- Cancellation received after December 1, 2024: No refund
