Schedule is preliminary and subject to change. Exhibits must not be disturbed, dismantled, or removed before 11:00am, on Saturday, February 22, 2025. If booths are dismantled prior to this time a $500.00 fee will be assessed. All exhibit materials must be removed from the exhibit area by 3:30pm on Saturday, February 22, 2025.

Booth Fee

All booths are 8’×10′ (80 square feet) or multiples thereof. The standard booth size is 8’×10′.
The fee prior to October 1, 2024, is $4,000 USD. The fee increases to $4,300 USD per booth (8’×10′) on October 2, 2024.

The premium booths are 8’×10′. The fee prior to October 1, 2024 is $4,500 USD. The fee increases to $4,800 USD per premium booth (8’×10′) on October 2, 2024. The premium booths are denoted with a “P” on the floorplan.

YOUR BOOTH PACKAGE INCLUDES

  • 8’×10′ booth space rental: 8′ high back wall and 3′ high side drape
  • Carpeted exhibit hall
  • One-line ID sign
  • General exhibit hall cleaning
  • Two (2) exhibit badges per 8’×10′ booth ($600 each additional exhibit badge, max 6 additional badges)
  • Meals as indicated on the program that are served in the exhibit hall
  • Recognition as exhibitor in the AACS Final Program Guide
  • Company logo, listing, and description in the Exhibitor Directory in the AACS mobile conference app
  • Pre-conference attendee mailing list for one-time use (for those who opt-in during registration process)
  • Post-conference attendee mailing list for one-time use (for those who opt-in during registration process)

Lunch with Industry Roundtables in the Exhibit Hall

Special limited quantity offer!

This opportunity is limited to 12 companies who apply to exhibit will have the option to host a table in the “Lunch with Industry Roundtables.” Attendees will have lunch in the exhibit hall. There are banquet round tables at which the attendees can eat. A selected portion of these tables will be dedicated for the “Industry Roundtable” session. Companies that agree will be required to host 1 table on a topic of their choice. They must choose the topic in advance by our deadline, and the AACS must approve the topic.

The AACS can help the company choose a topic that may be of interest to attendees. By “host” we mean that the company will arrange a company rep or physician to serve as the facilitator of their table. The facilitator will make opening comments about the topic, and then facilitate a discussion among the attendees, answer questions, and come prepared with other prompts/questions to keep the discussion going. The concept is based off of our popular and packed “Breakfast with the Experts.” There is no additional cost for the exhibitor or attendee to participate.
