Ryan M. Diepenbrock, DDS, FAACS, is a Facial Cosmetic Surgeon with practices in Fort Wayne and Warsaw Indiana. He completed his fellowship at The Institute of Facial and Cosmetic Surgery in Murray Utah under the guidance and mentorship of Dr. Brent Kennedy. He then served as the Program Director of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at David Grant USAF Medical Center at Travis Air Force Base California. Dr. Diepenbrock is the past president of the American Board of Facial Cosmetic Surgery. He currently serves as the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery’s Chair of Facial Cosmetic Surgery Fellowships. He has over one hundred published works and lectures. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Facial Cosmetic Surgery and the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Diepenbrock, also known by many as “Coach D” to his players, is a special teams coach for Bishop Dwenger High School in Fort Wayne.

Dr. Alisha Jefferson, MD, FACS, FAACS, is a dual board-certified cosmetic surgeon and the founder of Jefferson Cosmetic Surgery Clinic in Smyrna, TN. Dr. Jefferson is committed to advancing cosmetic surgery through patient-centered care, innovative techniques, and educational contributions. She is an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery (AACS), having joined during her residency and subsequently completed an AACS fellowship. Dr. Jefferson’s dedication to professional growth and mentorship extends to her role as a moderator and a member of the Annual Meeting Planning Committee for this year’s AACS conference. At Jefferson Cosmetic Surgery Clinic, Dr. Jefferson specializes in a range of aesthetic procedures and is particularly known for her compassionate approach and dedication to helping patients achieve their goals. Beyond her clinical practice, she is passionate about making cosmetic surgery accessible to all and is actively involved in initiatives promoting diversity, inclusivity, and patient education in aesthetic medicine. Her commitment to the field is also reflected in her involvement with the AACS, where she contributes to advancing the standards of cosmetic surgery. Dr. Jefferson continues to make an impact through her leadership roles, as well as her ongoing engagement in the professional development of upcoming surgeons, fostering a culture of excellence, and advocating for safe and innovative practices in the field of cosmetic surgery.
